Southmoor elementary is planning to implement some new initiatives in the 2016-2017 school year to improve student wellness. We will also be looking at staff wellness in a separate survey. Would you please complete this brief and anonymous survey on what is most important to you and your child(ren)/students.
The survey takes less than 5 minutes and your feedback will be used to help determine what wellness related initiatives the school will implement in the next school year.
Please resist the urge to double park at dropoff and pickup on Magnolia and Peach. This needlessly endangers children and blocks traffic.

A Note about i-Ready
All I-Ready Growth Monitoring Assessments should be taken at school and not at home. Growth Monitoring assessments are pushed out through I-Ready, if a Growth Monitoring pops up for your child to take while they are on I-Ready at home please have them take these assessments at school.
