Dear Denver Public School Families,
There have been several cases of the Mumps virus reported in Colorado recently.
Please take a moment to look over the Mumps Alert letters below sent out by the District.
We want to ensure that as many people as possible have information on the signs and symptoms
of this virus and ways to stop it from spreading.
Please note that DPS has not been notified of any outbreaks within our schools.
We are very hopeful that the impact to our community will be minimal.
Nonetheless, we will maintain close communication with the state and local public health
agencies and will provide you with additional information as it becomes available.
