Friday, May 12th is book character day.
Please dress as your favorite character from your favorite book and bring $1.00 (or more) donation
for Von's Vision
*Southmoor Elementary's Evening of the Arts is Wednesday, May 17th beginning at 6:30 pm.
The Southmoor Super Singers will perform as will both our Beginning + Advanced Bands.
Please come walk through Southmoor's Art Gallery as all students K-5 will have artwork on display throughout the halls.
*We are also seeking Bake Sale Items for our Evening of the Arts
Please bring donated items to school by 5 pm on Wednesday evening.
This Bake Sale will support Southmoor Elementary's Arts programs*

Every Friday in May it is FroYo Friday!
After school Milk & Cake will bring three options of froyo (including gluten free) and
three toppings the kids can choose from.
all items will be nut-free. They will also have a couple of cupcake options as well.

To sweeten up the deal, EVERY Friday during summer vacation is Froyo Friday
for Southmoor at Milk & Cake, from open to close.

Field Day is a week away!
Come enjoy some fun in the sun, next Thursday the 18th with the 19th
reserved in case of inclement weather. May the sun shine brightly!
The classrooms of Hencmann, Brady, Hoover, Krause, Lopez, Neumann, Stockton, Webb, Fulton and Coursey
will participate in the morning session from 9:15 to 11:00 am.
The classrooms of Whisnant, Bauer, Horton, Farley, Hagon, Norman, Dawkins, Russell and Friedrich
will participate in the afternoon session from 1:10 to 3:05 pm.
