School Deets Update

You can now report absences on the Deets App! 

Go to your bookmark icon and click on the attendance button.

A google form will need to be filled out to report the absence.

Halloween 2019

Our Halloween Schedule has been sent in Thursday Folders today.

2:00-2:30     Students change into costumes (parents are welcomed to come in any time after 2:00pm)
                               -costumes should be able to go over student clothes
                               -no costumes that include violence (blood), masks of any kind, or weapons
2:30-3:00        Parade around school to end on blacktop (playground) 
                                -Parents in hallways to watch parade and on blacktop for Thriller Dance
3:00-3:40        Parties in classrooms

*Parents and Visitors must check in to the main office before heading to their child’s classroom*

Our Lost and Found is getting massive!

Please take some time in the next couple of weeks to look through the lost and found for any missing articles.

We will donate all unclaimed items on November 1^st.

Tech Fees

The $25 Tech Fee helps to cover costs for Chromebook and tech upkeep (I-pads, laptops, promethean boards etc.) for students at Southmoor

If you haven’t paid your tech fee please remit payment to the main office. We accept cash or checks made out to Southmoor Elementary.

If you are not sure if you have paid your tech fee you can check in with the main office. Once paid you will receive a text message with your receipt.
