Earlier this week we had a Lock out occur after hours. I have received several concerns regarding timing of communication.
In an effort to prevent that from happening again we reached out to the district to find out what could be done.
In order to receive robo calls during emergencies at Southmoor you will need to access your Parent Portal Account.
The directions below will help you sign up to receive messages.
We will continue to review how the Lockout was handled and improve our process.
Please call the parent portal hotline (720-423-3163) if you need assistance in accessing or creating a new account.

Please log on to your Parent Portal. On the main page find USER ACCOUNT:
---Go to User Account
--- Contact Preferences
---Make sure EMERGENCY box is checked off for the phone number you want to be reached at.
You WILL NOT receive emergency messages like robo calls regarding Southmoor if the emergency box is not clicked.
