Tomorrow - Online Auction Preview Opens
The online auction will be open for preview tomorrow morning to allow you time this weekend to plan your bidding. Watch for an email tomorrow morning with ALL of the details. There are lots of great items for the entire family and the online auction is open to EVERYONE – friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, the more the merrier!
Bidding opens on Monday, April 23rd and closes on Thursday, April 26th with a staggered close - set up those reminders now so you don't miss out!

It’s not too late to help provide lunch for our teachers – no cooking required! For our April Moose Munch Bunch, we're ordering Jimmy Johns! Drop off your $5 donation in the front office, or donate via paypal (PayPal.me/southmoorpto.) The Moose Munch Bunch team will take care of the rest.

Online Auction Opens for Viewing!  Auction Parties
Parties are a great way to meet new people, get to know your neighbors and an amazing money generator for our school. You can preview parties online beginning Friday, April 20th.

ARC Donations (Buck-a-bag)
There’s still plenty of time to bring those bags of gently used clothes, books, toys and household goods.   
So, clean out your closets and bring your unwanted items to school for our ARC fundraiser. Friends, family and neighbors welcome to participate as well.
Drop off items before and after school today, tomorrow or Saturday morning between 8:30-9:30 am.

Parenting 101 Workshop
On May 3, 2018 Southmoor will be  providing a Parenting class at no cost for interested parents.

Coding club will meet on April 24th, May 8th and end the year on May 22nd

UPDATE: 5th grade opera has been moved to April
The 5th Grade GROOVY Rock Opera has been moved to April 26 and will be performed at Southmoor in the APR at 2:15 p.m. for the students and 6:30 p.m. for families and friends.
Students in the show will need to check in for the evening show at 6:00 p.m.
Parents, please contact Ms. Roy if you are interested in helping the 5th grade students with costumes and make-up.

Physical Wellness News
The Running of the Moose!
Our annual Field Day is scheduled for Wednesday, May 16th with the 17th reserved in case of inclement weather.
Each K-5 classroom will participate for a half-day. 
Morning session classes will participate from 9:15 to 11:00 am.  They are  Hencmann, Whisnant, Hoover, Bauer, Lopez, Hagon, Coursey, Farley. Titus and Matt.
Afternoon session classes will participate from 1:10 to 3:00 pm.  They are  Neumann, Krause, Horton, Stockton, Fulton, Russell, Larson, Brady and Riley.
Mrs. Belle’s class will be divided between the other two fifth grade classes.

Save the date – All For One Golf Tournament
Southmoor parent and supporter Bryan Dean and his company are hosting their 5th Annual All For One Golf Tournament on June 9th.
Last year the tournament generated $1,000 for Southmoor with hopes of a greater donation this year! More information here.
