Testing
will begin on Wednesday, April 4th
after Spring Break

testing schedule has been sent to all 3rd-5th grade
parents in a separate e-mail. The testing schedule is also available on the
school’s website.
UPDATE: 5th grade opera has been moved to April
The 5th Grade GROOVY Rock Opera has been moved to April 26 and
will be performed at
Southmoor in the APR at 2:15 p.m. for the students and 6:30 p.m.
for families and friends.
Students in the show will need to check in for the evening show at
6:00 p.m.
Parents, please contact Ms. Roy if you are interested in helping
the 5th grade students with costumes and make-up.

You should have received your child’s
customized catalog with great gift ideas featuring your child’s art. These gifts are a perfect way to
memorialize your child’s art and make great gifts.
Better yet, 100% of the
proceeds support our visual arts program.
Take a peek and make sure you show your
family over spring break.
Last Call for Auction Donations
April 6th is the last day to turn
in donations – please make an extra effort over Spring Break to collect
donations. Ideas include health and beauty, food and
drink, sports, outings/destinations – the possibilities are endless.

Registration ends on

Super Saturday classes will be held on 4/14/2018.
Identified and talent pool students are welcome to attend.

them as well!

the date – All For One Golf Tournament
Southmoor
parent and supporter Bryan Dean and his company are hosting their 5th
Annual All For One Golf Tournament on June 9th. Last
year the tournament generated $1,000 for Southmoor with hopes of a greater
donation this year! More information here.

Mile Club
Our
final day for the before school running club will be Monday, April 30th.
We’ll
have our certificate and gold medal ceremony for all joggers, who have amassed
25 miles or more, the second week in May.
It’s
been a great year!
The
Running of the Moose!
Our
annual Field Day is scheduled for Wednesday, May 17th with the 18th
reserved in case of inclement weather.
