If you have any outstanding auction donations, please have them in by Wed April 13th. No donations will be accepted after Wednesday.

Seeking wine donations for the wine bottle ring toss game at the live auction. Wine donations can be dropped off in the school office or contact one of the co-chairs if you have one to be picked up.
Seeking a co-chair to help run Southmoor's Moose is Loose Carnival; our fall fundraiser filled with tons of family fun and school spirit! You'll work with Sarah Olney to source event sponsors, plan and organize the event and work on-site on event day (Usually mid-late September, specific date, TBD). The Library Needs Your Help!
Please consider volunteering in the library. We need help checking in and shelving books as well reading to classrooms. Please consider volunteering for CLASS VISITS (checkouts) on THURSDAYS and to help with CHECK-INS AND SHELVING throughout the week. A Southmoor parent will handle class visits on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but if you would like to volunteer to lead story time, please contact your child's teacher.
Sign-ups are available in 30-minute increments to allow parents to sign up for their child's library time. Once you sign-up, someone will contact you about procedures.
The ARC Buck-a-Bag program is back and ready to take your clutter and cast-offs. Look for a brown King Soopers paper bag in your folder this Thursday. Please fill it (and more bags from home) with your gently used clothing and small household items. Bring them to the school onApril 21 for curbside drop-off on Peach St. starting at 8:40 am OR bring them into the school lobby on April 22.
Southmoor School earns $1 for each bag collected. We'd like each family to donate 2-3 bags; thanks for participating in this easy fundraiser for Southmoor students. Please contact Karen Long for more info atbrieslong@yahoo.com.

Do you have Southmoor clothing that is too small but is still worth wearing? Bring your gently used Southmoor gear to school on Earth Day (April 22nd) or before and we will find it a new home.
